Personal and Monetised use:

Granted a non-exclusive and non-transferable license to use the commissioned artwork for personal promotional and broadcast purposes including livestream platforms and social media (profile/posts/banners/videos).

You may produce non-commercial physical reproductions of the artwork solely for personal use including printed or framed copies for private display. No commercial use, resale, distribution or reproduction for profit is permitted.

Commercial use:

Allows the commissioned artwork to be reproduced and used for commercial purposes. This includes manufacturing and selling physical or digital products such as prints, apparels, stickers, keychains and other merchandise.

I retain the rights to decline the commission if I cannot carry out your request if it is outside my guidlines, no references are given or cannot be drawn in my art style.If purchasing commercial rights, please include a detailed description of how the artwork will be used (e.g. the types of merchandise or products it will be featured on)

Please only submit a request if you are able to commit to the agreed payment, I will not be held responsible for changes in personal or financial circumstances once your commission has been confirmed.

100% upfront payment - Final ZIP files containing artwork will be sent out immediately after completion

Another option: 60% deposit must be made before I begin work on your commission. A final low-res, watermarked artwork preview will be provided before the remaining payment is made. Once the remaining balance has been received, the high-resolution artwork file will be sent.

I will not be able to deliver the artwork on the same day you order

I am flexible with a tighter reasonable deadline and I will calculate a priority fee onto the commission price, please let me know if there is a specific date you need it by.

This commission order is for digital artwork only; no physical item will be shipped.

.ᐟ.ᐟ INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS

All artwork automatically copyrighted to the me, this means I get to decide how my work is distributed.

⤷ I reserve the right to post the finished commission artwork on my social media platforms and portfolio (lower res w/ watermark)

By commissioning me, you acknowledge that I retain full copyright to the commissioned artwork. Unless otherwise stated, you will receive the license to use the artwork in accordance with the rights purchased.

🚫 My artwork must not be used to train, develop, prompt, generate or otherwise support any artificial intelligence (AI) or generative AI (GenAI) systems.

⚠︎ REFUNDS

No refunds will be issued once I have received payment and started with your commission

Full refund is only available if I am unable to complete your commission within the agreed timeframe, you will be notified as soon as possible.
